</p><p>Bermuda is a former Royal British colony in the western Atlantic Ocean located 965.6 kilometer east of North Carolina and 1,241 kilometer southeast of New York with an area of 53 square kilometer and Hamilton is the capital city. The play written by William Shakespeare, ‘The Tempest’ based on wreck of the English flagship ‘Sea Venture’ sailed in 1609 to carry supplies to the Virginia Colony, wrecked near the shore of Bermuda during a storm and the survivors of this ship discovered the Bermuda island. </p><p> Bermudan economy is a very successful economy; with tourism is the backbone of revenue sources besides international business like ship management, maritime operations and minor industries. Bermuda imports 80% of their food as agriculture is very minimal. The offshore firms are free to import and export funds in all forms of currencies without any tax, dividend or royalty payment.</p><p>
