</p><p>San Marino is a country in the Apennine Mountains. San Marino is a landlocked enclave, surrounded completely by Italy. It is the oldest continental republic in the world founded on 3 September 301. San Marino’s constitution dates back to 1600 and is considered the world’s oldest written constitution still in effect.</p><p> The Three Towers of San Marino are located on the 3 peaks of Monte Titano in the capital. They are depicted on both the flag of San Marino and its coat of arms. The 3 towers are named as Guaita, Cesta, and Montale. San Marino also has a cake known as La Tota Di Tre monti, meaning the Cake of the Three Mountains or Towers. Main sport being football, the cuisine of San Marino is similar to Italian dishes.</p><p> Although not an official European Union member, San Marino is allowed to use the euro as its currency. The tourist sector contributes over 50% of GDP of San Marino. The key industries are banking, ceramics, and electronics. Wine and cheese are the main agricultural products in San Marino. The postage stamps are only valid for mail posted within the country. The per capita level of output and standard of living are similar to those in Italy, which supplies much of its food.</p><p>
