</p><p>Isle of Man is an island which is located in the Irish Sea and halfway from Scotland, England and Ireland. Although is island is not the part of United Kingdom but some of the external relations, governance and Defence responsibilities are undertaken by the UK Government. Among the earliest inhabitants were Celtics around the 700 AD. In the 14th century this island came under the rule of English. This island was used as the Alien Civilian Imprisonment during the First and the Second World War. </p><p> Majority of the population in the island consists of British with only 47 percent being born in the island and 37 percent are born in England. The main language spoken in the island is Manx Gaelic and English. A parlance of English which is known as Manx English is also widely spoken. The main dish of this island is Herrin and Spuds. The people of island mainly depend on sea food as it is their local diet. Lobsters, Scallops and Crabs are some of the major food which is commercially fished in the island. Tourism, Manufacturing and offshore banking are the major sectors of its economy. </p><p>
